I am a student of life, living and learning every singe day. Peeling back the layers of my own truth, my own path and purpose. Just like you. Everyone has a story, and I continue to find myself inspired by people from all walks of life. There is power in sharing our stories, and your story matters.

I’ve walked the lonely path of depression, anxiety, PND, and postnatal depletion. Through my personal yoga practice and exploring different healing modalities, I began to reconnect with myself and deepen my spiritual journey. Now, I feel called to share my experience—not as an expert, but as someone who truly understands. I’m here to support and gently guide you as you navigate your own unique journey.

Yoga has been such a gift, and it is a gift that continues to give every single day.

Yoga, Meditation and breath work have changed my life. I have experienced the most profound personal transformation & self belief I never imagined possible for myself.
